Good Friday Scout

Happy Easter everyone.  We have scaled down the gardening plans for this weekend due to the cold.  Woe.  Instead I think we shall be tidying the flat, visiting the pub and venturing out for a day of fun on Steve’s birthday on Monday.  Here is some good stuff to keep you entertained this weekend.

RHS Great London Plant Fair

I popped over to the RHS Horticultural Halls last night after work to check out the RHS Great London Plant Fair. Got to say, with all of this dreadful weather it was such a pleasure to see all the spring bulbs on display and the scent really hit you as you walked into the halls.  I wish I could have made a night of it as they had a brilliant band playing, the Gin Garden were there and there was so much to look at.  But, I had another appointment so off I went just as things were getting going.  I took a quick vine video but can’t for the life of me get it to embed, so please do click here to see it.

Taken on our visit to RHS Harlow Carr in Harrogate

Happy Friday! I’ve had another busy week with illustration clients, finishing up two really lovely projects (a logo and a baby portrait) and planning for the next two.  I’ve not had much time available to spend in the garden, but we’ve pencilled in a few days during the Easter break to get things going. Here are some of my favourite posts this week.
